Eligibility :
Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory) :
To help us provide you with the best support, please record a full unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the outer
packaging and product as soon as your order is delivered. This video is required for any return or refund request.

Return Process :

within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Attach your unboxing video and describe the issue clearly.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return steps.
Refunds :
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund will be processed and credited to your account within 4-5 business days.
Please note: A fixed Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
